Job summary

Cermati.com is seeking a Desk Collection Supervisor in Jakarta to manage the desk collection process, work closely with the Collection Manager, and ensure timely reporting. The role focuses on coaching the team, coordinating with other departments, and driving performance within set targets.

Candidates should have a D3 with at least 3 years in banking/leasing/multifinance, bonus FinTech experience, and strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking, Leasing, or Multifinance; FinTech experience is a plus.
• Preferably prior supervisor/coordinator desk collection experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; honest, conscientious, and target-driven.
• Hard worker who can work well in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
