Job summary

Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is seeking an Inventory Controller to oversee stock across three warehouses, ensuring accuracy, FIFO/LIFO compliance and alignment with the web-based WMS data.

You will manage internal cold storage and coordinate with external 3PL partners, generate routine reports, and maintain SOP and food safety compliance while minimizing shrinkage and expired stock.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s in Logistics/Management.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Inventory Controller/Supervisor in large warehouse.
• Experience with cold storage and frozen products is preferred.
• Proficient in web-based WMS systems and stock reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory across 3 warehouses (1 internal cold storage, 2 leased).
• Manage FIFO/LIFO/FEFO, tally sheets, and stock opname schedules.
• Coordinate with external 3PLs and internal stakeholders to ensure data alignment.
• Prepare routine reports: stock aging, discrepancies, capacity utilization.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and food safety standards; minimize shrinkage.
