Unbranded is seeking a Cold Drink Supervisor to lead the Cold Drink Station, ensuring quality, speed, and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

You will supervise and develop the team, manage ingredients and equipment, and coordinate with service and kitchen to deliver consistent beverages in a high-volume setting. Strong leadership, beverage knowledge, and problem-solving are essential for maintaining product quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in Food & Beverage, Beverage, Bar, or related position.
• Previous experience as a Senior Staff, Team Leader, or Assistant Supervisor preferred.
• Good knowledge of basic beverage preparation and cold beverage production.
• Strong understanding of standard recipes, portion control, presentation, and beverage costing.
• Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Cold Drink Station operations during service.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served to standard recipes and quality standards.
• Lead daily briefings and organize staff schedules.
• Provide training on product knowledge and service procedures.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Handle guest requests and resolve beverage-related issues.
