Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is hiring a CDE Supervisor to ensure availability, performance, and reliability of Cold Drink Equipment assets across the distribution network. You will work with internal teams and external vendors to optimize asset utilization, maintain service quality, and drive improvements for customer experience.

You will lead a team, manage budgets and resources, promote safety and OHS compliance, and implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (min GPA 3.0) in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), Management, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, CDO Operations, or Cold Drink Equipment distribution.
• Experience managing external vendors and service partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• White Belt Certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive CDE distribution, demand planning, and asset availability to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.
• Manage and monitor external service providers to ensure compliance with quality, performance, and service standards.
• Oversee asset inventory accuracy, spare parts availability, stock reconciliation, and disposal activities.
• Ensure high-quality maintenance, refurbishment, and repair processes to maximize asset uptime and SLA achievement.
• Analyze operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and develop team capabilities while fostering a high-performance and safety-first culture.
• Manage departmental budgets and resources to achieve business objectives effectively.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment through strong compliance with OHS policies, procedures, and risk management practices.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, CDO Operations, or Cold Drink Equipment distribution.

Experience managing external vendors and service partners.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to manage operational performance, assets, and service quality.

White Belt Certification is an advantage.
