Kanmo Group seeks a dynamic bartender to deliver accurate drink preparation and engaging customer service in a fast-paced setting. You will manage inventory, maintain bar cleanliness, handle payments, and ensure responsible alcohol service while promoting brand experiences.

The role emphasizes multitasking, attention to detail, and composure under pressure to meet guest expectations and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Drink Preparation: Accurately mix and serve a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to non-alcoholic options, following standard recipes.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and relaxing experience.
• Inventory Management: Stock, organize, and manage bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils.
• Sales and Payments: Process cash and credit card transactions, manage customer tabs, and promote bar specials.
• Responsible Alcohol Service: Check customer identification to verify they are of legal drinking age and monitor patrons for signs of intoxication, denying service when necessary.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in drink preparation and handling payments.
• Composure: Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
