Job summary

Smorgas Restaurant is seeking a creative, high-energy bartender to craft signature cocktails and provide memorable guest experiences at our Bali location. You will design, prep, and serve a range of cocktails, mocktails, and classics with flair, while actively engaging guests and upselling premium beverages to maximize bar sales.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced venues, strong knowledge of recipes and flavor pairings, and proven ability to upsell.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on bartender or mixologist experience in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of classic recipes and modern flavor pairing.
• Proven ability to upsell signature offerings and maximize revenue per guest.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask during peak hours and maintain precise pour measurements.

Responsibilities

• Design, prep, and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and drinks with speed and presentation flair.
• Engage with guests, recommend pairings, promote specials, and upsell premium beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness, stock control, recipe compliance, and inventory at the bar.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately while delivering warm, attentive service.
