Job summary

PT. Anzawara Satria is seeking a Business Development Staff to manage mining shipping instructions, coordinate with jetty and finance teams, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role includes updating dashboards, generating monthly reports, and ensuring data integrity across coal production and sales processes. Based in Jakarta, the ideal candidate will have mining or shipping experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong English

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Transportation Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Must have work experience in mining or shipping industry.
• Familiar with shipping and coal mining documents and administrative tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Data-oriented with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Mining Shipping Instructions for Jetty, Finance Department, and Surveyor.
• Revise Shipping Instructions when changes occur.
• Update shipment plan information on Shipment Monitoring Dashboard.
• Request and secure loading slots at each Jetty per Buyer’s requirements.
• Confirm Buyer’s acceptance of Shipping Instructions.
• Ensure all Shipping Documents are accurate and free from errors.
• Cross-check completeness of Shipping Documents per Buyer’s requirements and contract terms.
• Remind Port Team about completeness and submission of Shipping Documents.
• Provide completed Shipping Documents to Finance Team.
• Record coal production, OB, shipment, and quality data in Commercial Database.
• Update Coal Production & Inventory Dashboard.
• Prepare monthly reports on coal production and sales for Board of Commissioners.
• Request monthly production plan and weekly updates from Mining Team.
• Prepare and submit Minutes of Reconciliation of Domestic Coal Sales obligations to Buyers.
• Ensure receipt and completeness of Minutes of Reconciliation from Buyers.
