Job summary

Caterpillar Indonesia Batam is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead machining teams across CNC turning and milling operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coordinating with multiple shifts and departments.

The role requires a diploma in engineering with 3+ years of supervisory experience in machining, and fluency in English along with MS Office skills. Onsite, five days a week, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in engineering with 3+ years in a supervisory role in machining.
• Experience with CNC turning, milling, and multitask operations.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create reports on production processes, tools, issues, performance and inventory for managers.
• Maintain and update procedures and safety/quality documentation.
• Supervise daily production line activities and coordinate with teams.
• Train new hires and manage scheduling, safety, and internal communications.
