Job summary

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in Indonesia is seeking a Branch Sales Leader to drive business strategic development across the sales area. You will collaborate with distribution partners to grow clusters, ensure product availability and visibility, and advocate Indosat promotions across channels.

You will strengthen retail penetration by opening new outlets, train distributor teams on KPIs, guide brand activities and events, monitor network performance, and report daily results to the Head of Branch

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in telecommunications or related industry preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects.
Driving license (Sim A & C) mandatory.
Strong understanding of commercial operations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with distribution partner to develop cluster with target growth.
Ensure availability and visibility of Indosat products in clusters.
Advocate promotions and products across sales channels.
Strengthen retail penetration by opening new outlets.
Educate distributor teams to meet KPIs.
Direct distributors to execute brand activities, sales events, and bundling programs.
Monitor network availability and escalate issues to Head of Branch/Region.
Compile daily reports to Head of Branch and regional functions.
Coordinate with Rural GTM Executive for marketing promotions.
Execute and achieve functional goals and contribute process improvements.
