Job summary

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison is seeking a senior sales leader to drive FTTH sales growth in the Manado region. You will manage Team Leaders and Account Executives, oversee daily activities, and ensure targets are met through strategic planning and field coordination.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills, with travel within the area to support field operations and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of sales experience, ideally in telecommunications, FTTH, or broadband services.
• 2–3 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills – able to develop TLs and AEs to perform at their best.
• Willing to travel within the assigned area for field visits and team support.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills to track KPIs and provide business insights.

Responsibilities

• Sales Execution: Oversee daily sales activities of TLs and AEs to ensure targets are met; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train the team to improve selling skills and product knowledge; foster a high-performance culture.
• Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activity; contribute to territory planning and target setting.
• Operational Coordination: Ensure collaboration between sales, technical, and partner teams to resolve field issues.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports for Head of Region and VP Sales, highlighting achievements and improvements.
