Job summary

Mövenpick Surabaya City is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee multi-property infrastructure and hotel systems. You will manage servers, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, PABX/IPTV, PMS and POS integrations, while ensuring data security and PCI-DSS compliance.

Responsibilities include vendor and budget management, disaster recovery planning, and capital expenditure budgeting across cluster locations. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in IT management within hotel groups and a strong background in

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT/CS or Hospitality Management.
• 3–5+ years IT management experience, preferably in multi-property hotel environments.
• Strong background in Windows/Linux server administration, networks, firewalls, and cloud-hosted systems.

• Manage and maintain multi-property IT infrastructure across cluster locations.
• Oversee hotel software including PMS, POS, door-lock integrations and booking channels.
• Enforce data security policies, disaster recovery plans and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Handle technology procurement, third-party contracts, and IT budgeting.

The hotel offers 243 rooms and suites from Deluxe rooms to Presidential suites, an all-Day Dining restaurant, lobby bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, gym and spa.

Job Description

• Multi-Property Infrastructure: Manage and maintain servers, LAN/WAN networks, Wi-Fi, telephony (PABX/IPTV), and endpoint hardware across all cluster locations.
• Hospitality Systems Support: Oversee core hotel software including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), door-lock integrations, and booking channels.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce data security policies, disaster recovery plans, system backups, and PCI-DSS compliance.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Handle technology procurement, manage third-party service contracts, and draft IT capital expenditure budgets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Hospitality Management.
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of IT management experience, ideally handling multi-property or chain hotel environments.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in Windows/Linux server administration, network routing, firewalls, and cloud-hosted systems.
• Soft Skills: Multi-tasking, crisis management, vendor negotiation, and cross-departmental communication
