Qualifications

• Minimum education: Medical Doctor (MD/General Practitioner) or Master of Hospital Administration (MARS).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in medical services management or healthcare operations is preferred.
• Strong understanding of hospital medical services, clinical workflows, and healthcare service standards.
• Good knowledge of quality management, patient safety, healthcare regulations, and hospital accreditation standards.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to monitor and evaluate medical service performance and develop appropriate improvement plans.
• Able to coordinate effectively with physicians, healthcare professionals, department heads, medical committees, and hospital management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to service quality and patient safety.
• Highly responsible, organized, professional, and results-oriented.
• Willing to be based in Batam, Riau Islands.
