Job summary

PT Diri Artha Sehat (Diri Care) is seeking an experienced Clinic Leader to guide our Jabodetabek clinic operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee clinical and administrative staff, ensure safe, high-quality patient care, and drive operational excellence.

This role emphasizes building a patient-centered culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to strategic planning and business development for clinic growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare management or clinic leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing clinic operations and leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinic Leader to join PT Diri Artha Sehat (Diri Care) in Jabodetabek Area on a full-time basis. As Clinic Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our clinic operations. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will oversee clinical staff, ensure delivery of high-quality healthcare services, and drive operational excellence. You will play a crucial role in building a patient-center culture whilst maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
