Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific is seeking a Program Officer to support the KINETIK Secretariat, coordinating governance, pipelines, and stakeholder liaison to ensure timely follow‑up actions. You will work under the Secretariat Lead Adviser and engage with PSC, TWGs and Indonesian counterparts to strengthen delivery and risk management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in international development administration, with excellent English and Indonesian skills, and strong MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative, operational and finance roles within international development.
• Excellent English and Indonesian oral and written communication.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management and coordination of the KINETIK Program Secretariat.
• Coordinate governance support, program and activity pipeline management, stakeholder liaison, monitoring, reporting and documentation.
• Ensure requests and decisions from PSC, TWGs and counterparts are translated into timely, high-quality follow‑up actions.
