Job summary

DT Global Asia Pacific seeks a Program Officer for the KINETIK Secretariat in Jakarta to ensure day-to-day management, coordination across governance, pipeline management, stakeholder liaison, and reporting. The role supports risk management and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in admin/finance within international development, with fluency in English and Indonesian.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, infrastructure, finance, development studies, management, international relations or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative, operational and finance positions within the international development area.
• Excellent English and Indonesian oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate meetings for senior personnel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance support, program and activity pipeline management, stakeholder liaison, monitoring, reporting and documentation.
• Translate requests, decisions and directions from committees into timely, well-coordinated follow-up actions.
• Identify implementation risks and strengthen systems and processes for better portfolio management.
• Support Secretariat Lead Adviser in planning and risk management activities.
