ASRI, part of the Agung Sedayu Group, seeks an Operations Manager/Assistant Operations Manager for premium residential, office, and retail properties in Jakarta. You will manage client relations, oversee administrative functions, and coordinate with tenants and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills to optimize leasing and tenant satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Min. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Prior experience as Operations Manager or Assistant Operations Manager in premium residential, office, or retail/mall properties is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable leasing agreements and maintain tenant relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with tenants, industry professionals and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and tenant requirements.
• Familiarity with fast-paced communications and high-demand environments.
• Basic understanding of fit-out works and coordinating with contractors to meet building standards.
