Job summary

The role focuses on key account management, market analysis, and data-driven sales reporting across mining, construction, and equipment procurement sectors.

The candidate will visit sites regularly, engage in client discussions, monitor tenders, and maintain cleaner CRM data to support regional business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Chinese ethnicity with native/near-native Chinese proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dashboards, data analysis).
• Willing to conduct frequent business travel and site visits.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with key clients and conduct regular client/project site visits.
• Coordinate client meetings, technical discussions, business events, and management visits.
• Monitor tenders, projects, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and project databases.
• Conduct weekly pipeline and opportunity reviews across business lines.
• Analyze sales activities, client visits, pipeline coverage, conversion, and stalled opportunities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly business reports and market intelligence for management and sales teams.
• Ensure sales teams maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity data.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining, construction, heavy equipment, or related B2B industries.
• Strong understanding of mining/construction projects, equipment rental/procurement, and client decision-making processes.
• Experience in Key Account Management, Sales Operations, Business Development, or Business/Data Analytics.
• Strong client profiling, market research, pipeline management, and sales activity analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dashboards, data analysis).
• Able to manage CRM/business data and prepare pipeline, client activity, and sales performance reports.
