Job summary

UOB in Semarang seeks a Client Acquisition Manager to grow NTB clients for Retail Banking, sourcing via referrals, offline exhibitions and MGM programs. You will understand client needs and present UOB products to meet them.

You will identify investment cross-sell opportunities, assist with account openings, and nurture relationships for referrals across branches in the same city. Fresh graduates welcome; Mandarin and English are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Able to speak Mandarin is preferred.
• Good communication in English written and conversational.
• High motivation, curiosity to learn banking industry and adaptive.
• Willing to be placed in different branches in same city.

Responsibilities

• Acquire NTB (new to bank) customers for Retail Banking to increase customers, balance and revenue.
• Proactively approach in-segment prospects to identify financial needs and promote UOB products.
• Provide product information and outline features and benefits to clients.
• Identify investment cross-selling opportunities and other products.
• Assist with account opening and maintain relationships for referrals.
