Job summary

EveBoss is seeking a highly organised Client Account & Creative Project Manager to join our Bali team. You’ll manage client relationships and coordinate creative and marketing projects from brief through to delivery.

Strong English, deadline-driven mindset, and experience in account or project management for marketing or creative agencies are essential. You will coordinate designers, editors, content creators and marketing staff in a fast-paced in-office environment in Bali.

Qualifications

• Strong spoken and written English is essential.

• Confident communicating directly with clients
• Experienced in account management, project management, marketing or a creative agency
• Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable giving direction to creative teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality

• Commercially minded and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
• Agency, digital marketing, social media, content or creative production experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Manage client communication, expectations and relationships
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and deadlines
• Provide clients with clear, consistent project updates
• Collect, organise and action client feedback
• Turn client briefs into clear tasks for the internal team
• Assign and coordinate work across designers, editors, content creators and marketing staff
• Review creative work before it is presented to clients
• Ensure projects meet EveBoss quality standards
• Identify renewal, retainer and upselling opportunities
• Help improve client satisfaction, retention and long-term account growth
