Job summary

Dinnamika, Bali-based independent design studio, is seeking a client relations lead who owns the client relationship end to end. You’ll nurture accounts, run weekly check-ins, manage scope and quotes, and guide pricing with our Design Principal.

You’ll also grow the book with referrals and new clients, earning uncapped commission on top of your base. Based in Bali, you’ll work from our studio in Batubulan, Gianyar, collaborating with a small team that values craft and partnership with F&B,

Qualifications

• 1+ year in an agency, studio, or client-facing role.
• Curious about a client's business, not just their brief.
• Willing to learn scope and budget conversations.
• You enjoy meeting people and turning conversations into projects.
• Fluent Bahasa, confident English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with an assigned list of clients.
• Weekly check-ins and progress updates with clients.
• Scope conversations, change requests, and billable decisions.
• Quotes and proposals, working with Design Principal on pricing.
• Retention, renewals, and spotting the next project inside existing accounts.
• Bringing in new clients from first conversation to signed agreement.
• Relaying client side of social/ads work to our specialist.
• Following up on sent quotes and unpaid invoices.

Job description

We are an independent design studio in Bali. Creative direction and strategy, visual identity, content direction, and design across packaging, print, and environmental work. We work with F&B, retail, jewellery, hospitality, and fashion brands who treat us as a partner and care about craft.

We are a small team. What you do here is visible.

About the role

You own the client relationship. Not the task list.

You are the client's person inside the studio. You know their business, not just the brief in front of you. You run the check-ins, hold the scope conversations, and absorb the friction so the design team stays heads-down on the work.

You also grow the book. Referrals, new projects inside existing accounts, and new clients you bring in yourself. Every one of them pays you commission on top of your base, and there is no cap on it.

This is not a project management role. Timelines, task assignment, and chasing designers are handled elsewhere. Your job is the relationship, and the revenue that comes from it.

What you'll own

The relationship with an assigned list of clients

Nice to have

2+ years in an agency or studio, or you have brought in work before

A network in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands

Familiar with Asana and Google Workspace

What we offer

IDR 4,000,000 to 5,000,000 base per month, depending on experience

Uncapped commission on every new client and new project you bring in, paid on collection
