Job summary

Boleh Dicoba Digital in Bandung is seeking a Project Lead to steer the creative production team and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality content aligned with brand standards.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor client KPIs, and maintain strong client relationships while traveling as needed. The role demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment and robust communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Min. Working Experience 1-2 Years With Similar Fields.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Understand and keep up to date with various industries and competitive landscape knowledge.
• Excellent client-centricity skills.
• Dynamic worker with day-to-day schedule that is constantly changing.
• Adept in using analytical tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work in Bandung (WFO) & travel frequently.
