Job summary

PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Supervisor for mining infrastructure projects in Indonesia. You will oversee civil contractors delivering buildings, roads, drainage, and related facilities, ensuring safety and quality.

You will prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, material requirements, and cost estimates, evaluate quotations, monitor schedules and budgets, and report progress, costs, and risks while coordinating with relevant departments on handover and

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 in a supervisory role.
• Experience in mining infrastructure; nickel mining exposure preferred.
• Strong skills in cost estimation, quantity measurement, and contractor supervision.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong integrity, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at a remote mine site on a roster basis.
