Job summary

Rajawali Parama is seeking a Project Supervisor in Tangerang, Indonesia, to oversee civil engineering projects. You will coordinate teams and ensure project compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and at least 2-3 years of relevant supervisory experience. Strong leadership skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. Willingness to work on-site, including potential travel outside the city, is required.

Qualifications

• Willing to be stationed at project sites (outside the city if necessary).

Job description

• Supervise and oversee the execution of civil engineering projects on-site to ensure compliance with working drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate the work team (foremen, laborers, and subcontractors)
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with established quality, time, and cost standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
• Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, the engineering team, and other relevant parties
• Ensure the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) protocls at the project site
