Job summary

PT.Techno Prefab Indonesia in Cikarang seeks a Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background and proven management skills.

Requirements include 3–5 years of PM experience, strong English (written and spoken), and ability to handle documents administration, filing, and fast decision-making. Willingness to be stationed at various project sites and to coordinate with multinational teams across construction sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.
• 3–5 years of Project Manager experience.
• Preferably with administration and filing experience on project documents.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure with minimal risk.
• Ability to solve problems and find effective solutions.
• Experience in multinational construction companies preferred.
• Good communication with internal and external stakeholders.
