Job summary

PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia is building its Talent Pool in Batam to support upcoming project opportunities for engineers in architecture and civil disciplines. Ideal candidates will have solid experience and a hands-on approach to construction coordination on site.

We value strong communication, problem-solving, safety, quality, and teamwork, with familiarity in interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Willingness to be placed in Batam and work at project site is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a construction company.
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical specifications, and site coordination.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willing to be placed in Batam and work at project site.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Additional skills in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, or structural engineering software are an advantage.
