Job summary

PT Mitra Karya Sarana invites a Proposal & Project Delivery (Civil) Engineer to lead civil engineering activities for building construction projects from planning to completion in Batam. The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 3+ years EPC experience, strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills, knowledge of Tekla/ETABS/SAP2000 or Primavera P6, and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English.

You will review drawings, prepare estimates, coordinate with clients and internal teams, oversee quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Building Construction/Structural Engineering).
3+ years EPC experience in civil/construction projects.

Responsibilities

Lead civil engineering activities for building construction projects from planning to completion.
Coordinate with Sales Engineer to provide technical solutions and inputs for tender/proposal preparation.
Prepare and review engineering drawings, structural calculations, shop drawings, material specs, construction methodologies, and technical documentation.
Evaluate QTO/BOQ/cost calculations and project budgets for tendering and planning.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams; monitor quality, safety, progress and schedule.
