Job summary

PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALITOWER) seeks a senior HVAC engineer to design, evaluate, and supervise cooling systems for AI data centers in Jakarta. You will ensure efficient heat load management, energy efficiency, and reliable commissioning across challenging facilities.

You will oversee installation, testing, and performance verification while coordinating with project teams to deliver robust cooling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC focus.
• Minimum 7 years in Mechanical/HVAC engineering, preferably data centers or critical facilities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, cooling load calc, CRAH/CRAC, liquid cooling, CFD, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in HAP, TRACE 3D Plus, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and ANSYS Fluent/CFD.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• English proficiency; HVAC certification is a plus.

Design, evaluate, and supervise HVAC systems for AI Data Center projects.

Ensure efficient cooling performance, heat load management, and energy efficiency.

Oversee HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning activities.

Coordinate with project teams to ensure reliable cooling system performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably specializing in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Thermal Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC engineering, preferably in Data Centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical buildings.

Strong knowledge of HVAC Design, Cooling Load Calculation, Chiller Plant, CRAH/CRAC, Liquid Cooling, CDU, Airflow Management, CFD Analysis, PUE Optimization, and HVAC Commissioning.

Proficient in HAP, TRACE 3D Plus, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and ANSYS Fluent/CFD.

Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, attention to detail, and team coordination skills.

Proficient in English; ASHRAE-related certification or relevant HVAC certification is an advantage.
