PT Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk (BALITOWER) seeks an experienced leader to head the AIDC engineering section, overseeing technical operations and project delivery for state‑of‑the‑art telecommunication infrastructure.

You will develop engineering strategies, supervise staff, and ensure regulatory and safety standards while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver robust engineering solutions and continuous performance improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or related) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience in the Data center sector is preferred.
• Strong expertise in Engineering Design Management, MEP Integration, Power & Cooling Infrastructure, Design Review, Value Engineering, Technical Specifications, and Design Coordination.
• Excellent project management capabilities, including experience with planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, ETAP, and BIM 360/ACC.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop technical teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on technical excellence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Professional certification in engineering (CDCP, CDCS or equivalent) is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the AIDC engineering section, overseeing all technical operations and project delivery.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies and standards that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee engineering projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure all AIDC systems meet regulatory requirements, safety standards and quality specifications.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver comprehensive engineering solutions.
• Monitor and optimise the performance of AIDC infrastructure systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and proposals related to AIDC engineering activities.
• Manage budgets and resources within the engineering section to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive innovation and technological advancement within the AIDC engineering function.
