CSA Lead/Manager - Data Center Construction

We are seeking an experienced CSA Lead / Manager to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities for Data Center projects.

The role requires strong technical expertise, construction supervision experience, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in complex Mission Critical Facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate civil, structural, and architectural construction activities.

Review construction drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and contractor submissions.

Supervise construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with approved project requirements.

Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP, commissioning, and other project disciplines.

Monitor contractor performance and resolve technical and construction-related issues.

Support site inspections, technical meetings, quality reviews, and progress reporting.

Identify construction risks and coordinate mitigation actions.

Ensure CSA works are delivered in accordance with approved quality, safety, and project requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience.

Proven experience in Data Center or Mission Critical Facilities projects.

Strong understanding of civil, structural, and architectural construction works.

Experience supervising contractors and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Ability to review construction documentation and resolve site technical issues.

Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Willing to work in Jakarta or Batam.
