Job summary

Xiaomi Indonesia is seeking a results-driven regional sales lead to drive ST and SO targets, expand product coverage, and optimize retail presence across Lampung and nearby areas. You will manage inventory and PSI while building strong channels with key partners and stakeholders.

The role also involves recruiting and guiding the promoter team, ensuring sales performance, and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or related roles.
• Experience in consumer electronics; mobile phone industry preferred.
• Experience in retail store management; traditional channel stores preferred.
• Proficiency in English for business communication.
