Job summary

Grab is seeking a City Associate based in Sukabumi, Indonesia to manage and optimize local operations, ensuring reliable service delivery and a positive experience for customers and partners. You will collaborate with the West Java team to drive performance and growth while upholding Grab's standards.

You will build strategic relationships with government, communities, vendors, drivers, and merchants; analyze market trends; and implement improvements across service touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience managing local operations and improving customer or partner satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of Sukabumi and the broader West Java market, including local culture and business practices.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Strong knowledge of Sukabumi and the broader West Java market, including its local culture, communities, tourism landscape, and business practices.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English; proficiency in Sundanese is an advantage.
