Job summary

Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, driving growth from its Jakart a hub. This on-site Manager role anchors the Deliveries Marketplace strategy for Indonesia, spanning GrabFood, GrabExpress and GrabMart.

You will define country-level pricing, partner engagement, and fulfillment configurations with Product and Data Science teams to maximize marketplace performance. You will lead strategic initiatives, mentor team members, and align cross-functional priorities with country leadership to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, strategy or product management at a tech company, or a related field requiring data-informed decision-making.
• Experience driving P&L impact through strategic projects, with measurable outcomes in revenue growth, cost reduction, or efficiency improvements.
• Experience designing and implementing pricing frameworks or incentive structures.
• Experience presenting findings to C-level executives and influencing business decisions based on data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term strategic vision for pricing and marketplace mechanics within the country, ensuring alignment with local business growth targets and profitability goals.
• Design, champion, and iterate country-specific frameworks for delivery-partner engagement models and incentive structures to ensure optimal acquisition, retention, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve platform reliability and service quality, working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance the user experience and strengthen competitive advantage.
• Design, experiment and iterate country-level fulfillment configurations (e.g., batching, allocation) in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams to maximize marketplace performance.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to country Product and Operations teams, influencing the product roadmap and operational priorities based on marketplace needs and local market dynamics.
• Interpret marketplace performance metrics and communicate findings to country leadership, translating analytics into data-driven recommendations that inform major business decisions.
• Manage, develop, and mentor team members, providing guidance on analytical approaches, strategic thinking, and professional development.

The Deliveries Marketplace team drives the strategic direction and operational excellence of the country's delivery ecosystem across GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart. You'll work with datasets and analytics to derive insights and create solutions that improve marketplace health and business outcomes. The team is accountable for marketplace performance, partner satisfaction, and consumer experience. Working closely with country leadership and cross-functional partners, you'll set the strategic agenda, establish frameworks, and lead conceptual thinking that shapes the future of deliveries in your market.

Get to Know the Role

This is a Manager role reporting into the Head of Country Deliveries Marketplace and is based onsite at South Quarter Jakarta office. You'll define, lead, and own the strategic direction and health of the country's Deliveries Marketplace (GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart). You'll combine analytical rigor with business strategy and influence executive-level stakeholders to drive country-level growth and profitability.

Key ownership areas include:

• Defining and designing the country strategy for delivery-partner supply health, productivity, quality, and retention to maximize marketplace efficiency


• Owning marketplace and pricing mechanics to drive growth and profitability within the country market


• Leading strategic initiatives focused on service quality, platform reliability, and competitive positioning in the local market


• Developing and implementing country-specific fulfillment configurations and operational frameworks in collaboration with Product and Data Science teams
