Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan rencana strategi marketing kuartal untuk Bandung.
• Melaksanakan kampanye marketing dari perencanaan hingga analisis pasca-kampanye.
• Bekerja dengan Marketing Execution Manager dan tim terkait untuk inisiatif mitra dan kolaborasi lintas vertikal.

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Execution Associate to join our dynamic team in Bandung city. You will support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies across multiple business products. You will help ensure a smooth execution of marketing programs. If you're ready to take on a challenge and make an impact, we'd love to hear from you! You will report to the Marketing Execution Manager and you will be based fully on-site in our Bandung office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products, using insights and demographics specific to Bandung city.
• Help implement marketing campaigns, from planning to post-campaign analysis, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Execution Manager and cross-functional teams, including the Marketing partnership team, Strategy and Planning team, and the Commercial team, to manage partner-facing initiatives and work with stakeholders from other verticals.
• Gather and analyze marketing insights and data analytics for both existing and potential Grab users to support decision‑making.
• Help oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects and timelines across all verticals.
• Help manage the marketing budget for Bandung city, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Help handle various marketing channels, including in‑app communications, to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Contribute to team development and performance by providing support and fostering a collaborative environment.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have at least 4+ years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with the ability to support integrated strategy development and help manage campaigns.
• You can think outside of the box and develop innovative marketing ideas through multiple channels that resonate with diverse local audiences.
• You have the ability to maintain the quality of all marketing materials and communications, and support budget management with strong organizational skills.
• You collaborate well within a team, organize tasks, prioritize, and support scheduling assignments. You inspire and aspire to embody Passion, Integrity, and Energy!

What Preferred Qualifications We're Looking For

• You have demonstrated knowledge of the Bandung market with proven experience gathering consumer insights and understanding hyperlocal dynamics within Bandung's neighborhoods, communities, and business landscape.
• You possess strong familiarity with Bandung's local consumer behavior, demographics, cultural nuances, and key business districts (such as Dago, Braga, Riau, and surrounding areas) to inform marketing strategies.
• You are driven and eager to embrace challenges while leveraging your local network and community connections in Bandung.
