Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Account Management or Channel Management, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to manage partner or client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset and good execution ability.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with good time management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new partners and maintain key partners; increase product sellout and strive to achieve targets.
• Build high-value relationships with partners by providing key information, communicating requests and feedback, solving problems, and handling complaints.
• Analyze and increase market share in assigned partners and territory.
• Execute channel promotion programs to boost product sell-in and sell-out to end users.
• Drive sell-out in-store aligned with company strategy and direction.
• Lead channel merchandiser team and sales front liners to achieve targets.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitor activity, product feedback, and dealer conditions.
• Analyze action plans and results from sales program execution, target achievement, and activities.
