Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will build leadership pipelines, define standards and translate global frameworks into practical, market-relevant solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive experience across talent management, succession, capability, leadership development or learning.
• Ownership of enterprise talent portfolios, including executive facilitation and people leadership.
• Experience translating regional or global frameworks into effective market solutions in a matrixed environment.
• Strong strategic judgement, consulting, analytics, portfolio management and vendor-management capability.
• Commitment to inclusive leadership, caring for people, and responsible stewardship of sensitive talent data.

Responsibilities

• Set and govern multi-year enterprise talent, succession, learning and capability strategy, standards and investment priorities.
• Lead critical-role identification, enterprise talent reviews, successor slates and readiness assessments.
• Create differentiated leadership and learning portfolios for executives and emerging talent with measurable learning transfer and business impact.
• Own the enterprise skills taxonomy, proficiency standards, future-skills mapping and capability heatmaps.
• Translate capability gaps into integrated build/buy/borrow and talent-mobility recommendations.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to turn priorities into practical solutions and improve business performance.
• Represent Indonesia in Asia talent community and support cross-market initiatives.
• Provide trusted talent intelligence, dashboards and evidence-based recommendations to the CHRO and Senior Management Team.
• Lead the Talent Management and Learning team, govern portfolio, budget, partners, vendors and data governance.
