Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead critical, senior-level hiring and partner with business and C-suite leaders. You will shape recruitment delivery, improve candidate experience, and bring fresh ideas to a regulated, dynamic environment.

In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment, engage with senior stakeholders, ensure compliance, and drive analytics to improve time-to-fill and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Law or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including experience managing senior, specialist or regulated roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and providing executive-level recruitment reporting and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned portfolios.
• Manage Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Recruitment Reporting; provide regular tracker and updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance: background checks, reference checks, AML, and other pre-employment controls.
• Drive recruitment analytics and process improvements using Workday, dashboards and standardized workflows.
