Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead critical and senior-level hiring. You will partner with business and C-suite leaders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive improvements in candidate experience and analytics.

You will navigate regulated-industry recruiting, AML checks, background verifications, and tenaga ahli coordination, contributing to Sun Life's growth and compliance in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and providing executive-level recruitment reporting.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or another regulated industry preferred.
• Experience coordinating background checks, regulatory documentation and tenaga ahli/foreign-worker formalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned portfolios.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify workforce needs and provide decision-ready updates to senior leaders.
• Monitor compliance and maintain pre-employment controls and audit evidence.
• Drive recruitment analytics and implement process improvements using Workday and dashboards.
