Job summary

PT Kamadjaja Logistics, a prominent Indonesian logistics provider, is seeking a Vice President of Land Transport to oversee national land transport operations from its Cibitung office. The role focuses on strategic leadership, fleet management, regulatory compliance, and profitability across our logistics network.

The successful candidate will lead multi-site teams, drive safety culture, optimize costs and align transport operations with broader supply chain goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 15 years in land transport or logistics; at least 5 years in leadership.
• Proven track record with multi-site operations and fleet management.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for land transport operations to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Oversee fleet operations, maintenance, utilisation and lifecycle planning.
• Lead senior transport management teams with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and environmental standards across operations.
• Manage client relationships and ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Monitor financial performance including budgeting, costs and revenue optimisation.
• Lead technology enablement and process improvements for visibility and efficiency.
• Develop talent management strategies within the transport division.
