Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced design engineer to join our expanding R&D team in Indonesia, with relocation to Indramayu as required.

You will build designs using CAD software, prepare technical drawings, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and electrical maintenance teams to ensure new machines meet safety standards and project requirements. The role involves prototyping, testing, and validating new designs while supervising cost estimation and material selection.

Qualifications

• CAD software proficiency for building design and development

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Build design and develop systems, components, and products using CAD software or other tools
• Lead training for engineering and maintenance teams and track KPIs
• Perform engineering analyses including pressure, thermal, and fluid flow simulations
• Create and check technical drawings, specs, and SOPs for new machines or systems
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, electrical engineering, and maintenance teams
• Identify and resolve design issues throughout the product lifecycle
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Supervise cost estimation and material selection for projects

Job description

The company has 2 Plants, 1 in Cikupa (established) and 1 In Indramayu (will be done in 2028); Please only apply if you are open to relocate to Indramayu.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 4pm) and Saturday (8am - 1pm), including 1-hour break.

Key responsibilities

Building design and developing systems, components, and products using CAD software or another software

Build teams include training (engineering and maintenance) and do KPI each team

Performing engineering analysis, including pressure, thermal issue, and fluid flow simulations

Creating and checking technical drawings, specifications, and documentation (report, standard operational procedure for new machine or others)

Overseeing for prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing (production), quality, and electrical engineering, maintenance team

Identify and resolve design issues throughout the product lifecycle

Ensuring designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and project requirements

Supervising cost estimation and material selection for projects
