Firstwish Bakery is seeking an experienced Creative Lead to steer our visual identity across ads, social content, packaging, and landing pages. You will lead the creative team, set the production calendar, and ensure all output meets brand standards with a strong focus on high-quality execution.

Responsibilities include directing shoots, overseeing post-production, and collaborating with performance marketing to optimize ad performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative/advertising/branding with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio is mandatory and preferred in F&B, lifestyle, or premium brands.
• Solid design fundamentals in typography, layout, color, composition, and art direction.
• Ability to critique and elevate designers’ work, not just approve.
• Proven experience with performance-driven content (Meta/TikTok ads) and understanding hooks and CTR.

Responsabilidades

• Own Firstwish’s creative direction and visual identity across ads, social media, packaging, and landing pages.
• Lead, brief, and develop the creative team by assigning work and coaching members.
• Build and own the monthly production calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead research and maintain moodboards and a reference library for visual standards.
• Develop ad concepts from brief to script, including hooks, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Direct shoots on set to ensure visual execution matches concept.
• Oversee post-production and give final approval before publishing.
• Act as the final quality gate against brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with performance marketing to review results and iterate ads.
• Maintain and evolve Firstwish’s brand guidelines as the brand grows.
