PT. CAHAYA ESTETIKA ASIA is seeking a Telesales professional to drive sales for beauty clinic and aesthetic services through digital channels. You will handle inquiries, provide accurate product and service information, and follow up leads to scheduling or transactions.

You will record lead data and strive to meet monthly targets while upholding a premium brand image. The role requires experience in beauty clinics or online sales, strong communication, and familiarity with chat and phone sales.

Formación

• Minimum experience in beauty clinic, aesthetics, or online sales.
• Strong written and spoken communication with persuasive copywriting ability.
• Experience using chat and phone for sales and inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inquiries and questions from prospective customers via digital channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, marketplace, etc).
• Provide complete and accurate information about products, treatments, promotions, and clinic services.
• Actively follow up leads until scheduling or transaction occurs.
• Manage and record all lead data and conversion status in systems or daily reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain clinic brand image through professional service aligned with brand tone.

Key responsibilities

Handle inquiries and questions from prospective customers via Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, marketplace, and other digital channels

Provide complete and accurate information about products, treatments, promotions, and clinic services

Actively follow up leads until treatment scheduling or transaction occurs

Manage and record all lead data and conversion status in systems or daily reports

Achieve monthly sales targets set by management

Maintain clinic brand image through communicative, professional service aligned with brand tone

About you

Minimum experience in beauty clinic, aesthetics, or online sales

Experienced in communication via chat and phone with persuasive copywriting ability

Experienced using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DM, and marketplace platforms

Good understanding of aesthetics, sales, market analysis, and related concepts

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Disciplined, responsive, and able to work toward targets

Preferably English language proficiency
