Seven Retail Group is seeking a Telesales Trainer for Sozo Skin to design, deliver, and optimize onboarding programs for new telesales representatives. You will equip agents with product knowledge, scripts, and selling techniques to hit targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, call monitoring, roleplays, and ongoing performance tracking to close gaps and improve conversion rates across B2C channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telesales Trainer or Sales Coach (beauty, clinic, wellness, or B2C background preferred).
• Strong B2C phone selling skills, consultative selling, and experience with CRM tools.
• Great communication skills, patient coach, and eager to learn skincare and aesthetic treatments.

Responsibilities

• Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding programs, product modules, and sales scripts for new and existing agents.
• Coaching & Quality Check: Monitor sales calls & chat, run roleplay sessions, and provide 1-on-1 coaching to improve conversion rates.
• Performance Tracking: Track agent post-training metrics and bridge performance gaps with refreshment sessions.
• Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs.
