Seven Retail Group is seeking a Commercial Operations Strategy Manager to shape our sales direction, drive revenue growth, and lead telesales initiatives across our House of Brands. You will own commercial strategy, target setting, and performance management to translate plans into measurable results.

You will also lead the telesales team, monitor productivity, optimize conversion rates, and implement data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales strategy or related roles.
• Proven experience in sales target setting and incentive scheme design.
• Experience monitoring sales team performance; telesales management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial and sales strategies aligned with objectives and targets.
• Oversee telesales performance, KPIs, productivity, and conversion.
• Evaluate processes, establish standard operating procedures, and leverage data dashboards for decision-making.
