Job summary

Meratus Group is seeking a Change Management Officer to lead digital and business transformation initiatives in Indonesia. You will develop change plans, assess impact and readiness, engage stakeholders, and coordinate training to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in change management or related fields, with a strong track record in implementing transformational programs and improving business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Management, Industrial Engineering, Info Systems or Psychology).
• 3–5 years in Change Management, Digital Transformation or related roles.
• Experience supporting transformation with system implementation or process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management plans for digital and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change communication, and resistance management.
• Coordinate training and business readiness activities for new systems, processes, and ways of working.
• Monitor adoption, utilization, and reinforcement to ensure sustainable change.
• Measure change effectiveness and report progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through the Meratus 4P framework: Policy, Process, People, and Product.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting transformation initiatives involving system implementation, business process improvement, or organizational change.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate transformation objectives into practical change actions and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management.
