Xtb. Indonesia membuka posisi CFD/FX Partnership Manager untuk mengembangkan jaringan mitra IB, komunitas trading, dan mitra edukasi.

Kandidat akan membangun hubungan jangka panjang, meningkatkan akuisisi pengguna, FTD, dan volume trading melalui kolaborasi dengan tim marketing serta pemantauan performa mitra. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan analitis, negosiasi, dan kepemilikan penuh dalam lingkungan fintech internasional.

Formación

• 3+–5+ years membangun dan mengembangkan jaringan IB (Introducing Broker) dan afiliasi dalam industri Forex/CFD/trading
• Gelar sarjana minimal di bidang Marketing/Finance/Business (keuntungan tambahan untuk gelar lebih lanjut)
• Pemahaman kuat terhadap pasar keuangan dan produk (saham, ETF, CFDs, komoditas, dll)
• Kemampuan menerjemahkan tujuan bisnis menjadi strategi kemitraan yang berdampak
• Keterampilan interpersonal, networking, negosiasi, dan komunikasi lintas fungsi

Responsabilidades

• Mengembangkan dan memperluas jaringan mitra XTB Indonesia termasuk IBs dan komunitas trading
• Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan mitra terkemuka untuk akuisisi pengguna, FTDs, dan volume trading
• Menyusun dan melaksanakan strategi kemitraan sejalan dengan tujuan bisnis XTB
• Bekerja sama dengan tim Marketing untuk menjalankan kampanye bersama, inisiatif co-branding, dan acara edukasi
• Memantau aktivitas mitra dan kinerja untuk kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan regulasi lokal
• Menyelaraskan inisiatif kemitraan dengan tujuan Marketing & Sales untuk pertumbuhan user dan pendapatan
• Melacak, menganalisis, dan melaporkan KPI untuk mengevaluasi ROI kemitraan
• Mengembangkan materi pelatihan, onboarding, dan enablement untuk mitra

A CFD/FX Partnership Manager at XTB Indonesia plays a strategic role in identifying, creating, and managing key partnerships to accelerate business growth. You will drive collaborations across content creators, financial institutions, trading communities, educational platforms, and media partners to boost brand visibility, user acquisition, and trading volume. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, negotiation skills, and hands-on execution.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Fully on-site)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand XTB Indonesia’s network of partners including Introducing Brokers (IBs) and trading communities.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with top-tier partners to drive sustainable user acquisition, first-time deposits (FTDs), and overall trading volume.
• Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with XTB’s overall business goals, focusing on sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with the Marketing team to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events leveraging partner reach.
• Monitor partner activities and performance to ensure full compliance with company policies, local industry regulations, and standards.
• Align partnership initiatives closely with Marketing & Sales objectives to optimize both user growth and revenue.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate partnership ROI and continuously adjust strategies.
• Develop training, onboarding, and enablement materials for partners to ensure consistent brand alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

• 3+ to 5+ years of proven track record in building and scaling IB (Introducing Broker) and affiliate networks within the Forex, CFD, or trading brokerage industry.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, and other trading instruments.
• Proven track record of translating business goals into actionable partnership strategies and high-impact creative initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multi-source data, evaluate partner performance, and make data-driven decisions.
• Basic knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
• High level of ownership, attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
• Native/Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
• Fluent in spoken and written business English
