You will collaborate with content creators, financial institutions, trading communities, and media partners to boost brand visibility, user acquisition, and trading volume.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years in partnership management or business development.
• Experience in fintech, finance, or brokerage.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and products.
• Proven ability to translate goals into partnership strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical mindset.
• English proficiency and Indonesian regulatory awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand XTB Indonesia’s network of partners across financial, trading, educational, and media sectors.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with external partners to drive user acquisition and trading activity.
• Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with XTB’s goals with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events.
• Monitor partner activities for compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Align partnership initiatives with Marketing & Sales objectives to optimize user growth and revenue.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to evaluate partnership ROI.
• Develop training and enablement materials for partners to ensure brand alignment.

A CFD/FX Partnership Manager at XTB Indonesia plays a strategic role in identifying, creating, and managing key partnerships to accelerate business growth. You will drive collaborations across content creators, financial institutions, trading communities, educational platforms, and media partners to boost brand visibility, user acquisition, and trading volume. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, relationship management, negotiation skills, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand XTB Indonesia’s network of partners across financial, trading, educational, and media sectors.


• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with external partners to drive user acquisition and trading activity.


• Create and implement partnership strategies aligned with XTB’s overall business goals, focusing on sustainable collaboration and measurable outcomes.


• Partner with the Marketing team to execute joint campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and educational events leveraging partner reach.


• Monitor partner activities and performance to ensure full compliance with company policies, local industry regulations, and standards.


• Align partnership initiatives closely with Marketing & Sales objectives to optimize both user growth and revenue.


• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate partnership ROI and continuously adjust strategies.


• Develop training, onboarding, and enablement materials for partners to ensure consistent brand alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).


• 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing, preferably within financial services, fintech, or brokerage.


• Strong understanding of financial markets and products, including stocks, ETFs, CFDs, commodities, and other trading instruments.


• Proven track record of translating business goals into actionable partnership strategies and high-impact creative initiatives.


• Excellent interpersonal, networking, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret multi-source data, evaluate partner performance, and make data-driven decisions.


• Basic knowledge of financial industry regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.


• High level of ownership, attention to detail, self-starter attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.


• Business-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
