Job summary

XTB Indonesia is hiring a Junior Account Manager to join the Sales - New Business team in Jakarta. You will focus on acquiring new clients, guiding prospects through account opening, and converting new accounts into funded and active trading accounts.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a sales mindset, and excellent English skills. The role is on-site in Jakarta with a focus on delivering growth and customer onboarding excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Sales experience or aptitude is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact and follow up with new leads and prospects via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Guide prospects through account opening, verification and onboarding.
• Build relationships with new clients and understand trading interests and objectives.
• Drive conversion from registration to funded and active accounts.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Meet targets for new accounts, funded accounts and net deposits.

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the Sales - New Business team at XTB Indonesia. The role will focus on acquiring new clients, guiding prospects through the account opening process, and converting new accounts into funded and active trading accounts.

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (On-site / Full-time)

Requirements:

• Proactively contact and follow up with new leads and prospects through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Guide prospective clients through the account opening, verification, and onboarding process.
• Build relationships with new clients and understand their needs, trading interests, and investment objectives.
• Drive conversion from new account registration to funded account and ultimately active clients.
• Follow up consistently with clients regarding deposits, funding, and onboarding completion.
• Achieve individual targets related to new accounts, funded accounts, and net deposits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales activity records in the relevant CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Compliance, Marketing, and other teams to resolve client onboarding or account-related issues.
• Follow XTB's internal procedures, compliance requirements, and sales guidelines.
• Contribute to sales initiatives and campaigns aimed at increasing new client acquisition and funding.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
• Able to build trust and maintain relationships with clients.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, financial services, fintech, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn about financial markets, investment products, and XTB's trading platform.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of financial products (including Stocks, and CFD markets).
