Job summary

99 Group is seeking a CEO Team member to support strategic decision making and project execution. You will collaborate with leaders to align initiatives and drive growth, collecting insights and building rapport across units to ensure seamless execution.

The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience, fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and strong proficiency with Google Workspace. You will develop metrics, communicate progress to the CEO, and contribute to the company’s long-term

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in product management, growth marketing, software development, finance, consulting or business development is a bonus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather insights and improvements for CEO-led initiatives.
• Build rapport with Business Unit Leads to align strategic initiatives.
• Develop relationships across all levels to identify concerns and communicate solutions to the CEO and Leadership team.
• Uphold high ethics and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation across all departments.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis.
• Design metric reports for performance measurements and provide insights to the Leadership Team.
• Understand the CEO’s vision and operational requirements and manage projects against organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain company metrics to support leadership decision making.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and SOPs to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop, refine and implement the Company’s strategic plan and long term vision.
• Assist in preparing presentations for Board meetings ensuring content is accurate, relevant and visually engaging.

You will collaborate with various leaders to ensure alignment and drive business innovations and verticals by identifying growth opportunities and providing data driven insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather insights, feedback and improvements for initiatives led by the CEO
• Build and maintain rapport with Business Units Leads to align strategic initiatives
• Develop close relationships with team across all levels to stay abreast of organizational concerns, blockers and needs and communicate to the CEO and Leadership team on solutions and recommendations
• Uphold high ethics and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation across all departments
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis
• Design metric reports for performance measurements and provide insights to the Leadership Team
• Understand the CEO’s vision and operational requirements and be able to develop, execute and track projects against organizational goals
• Establish and maintain company metrics to support leadership decision making
• Recommend and implement process improvements and SOPs to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies and market developments

• Assist in preparing presentations for Board meetings ensuring content is accurate, relevant and visually engaging
• Reviewing internal and external communications from the CEO to ensure consistency and alignment with the business and maintain consistent messaging and brand tone in all communications
• Visualize project timelines, issues, status and communicate potential risks proactively to the CEO
• Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships or acquisitions that align with the Company’s objectives and lead, support, negotiate on efforts and due diligence processes
• Treat sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality including but not limited to personnel or financial information, strategic plans, product roadmap and/or any other sensitive company information

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in either product management, growth marketing, software development, finance, consulting or business development (or founding a company) is a bonus
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspaces
• Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficiency and productivity
• Excellent analytical ability with a detail-oriented attitude
• Strong track record and bias of excellence in execution
• Truly enjoys a dynamic startup environment where every day is different and each challenge is different
