Job summary

KantorKu, based in West Java, seeks a Regional Operations Leader to coordinate branches, drive student engagement, and oversee marketing initiatives that boost enrollment. The ideal candidate has proven leadership in sales/marketing, and experience in education or startup settings, with strong Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills.

Job description

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch Profit & Loss (PnL) performance by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
