Job summary

Puzzle A Indonesia in West Jakarta is seeking an experienced Center Manager to oversee administrative and operational activities at the center. You will lead teachers, administrative staff, and support teams while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a track record of managing budgets, enrollments, and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology or Education is preferred.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in an educational center.
• Experience working in a bilingual (English-Indonesian) environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
